About the role

At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.

What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.

We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help lead and elevate our engineering practices across the board — including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build pipelines, testing frameworks, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from initial architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and long-term maintenance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines that support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Automate the provisioning and management of secure cloud infrastructure using modern scripting languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Identify and eliminate performance, reliability, and availability issues through automation and technical innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain scalable cloud-based and hybrid-cloud solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build reusable, modular components.
  • Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze requirements and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, documentation, and support.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and development procedures, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Apply cross-domain technical knowledge to support and enhance platform infrastructure.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce innovative design patterns, tools, and practices to improve system performance and team productivity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in build, release, and deployment processes, resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical production deployments and resolve urgent issues.
  • Demonstrate versatility and technical leadership to align engineering efforts with strategic business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience building and releasing web services.
  • 5+ years of experience with systems design, software development, operations, and automation.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
  • Expert knowledge of Python, Groovy, PowerShell, .NET, Terraform, Ansible, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes.
  • Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing and operating hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Deep knowledge of networking, storage systems, and operating systems.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other related technologies.
  • Proficient with building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure technology.
  • Proficient with Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and secret vault managemen
