How you will make an impact: 

Seeking a reliable and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for calls and visitors, you'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our SilverCrest standards. Take pride in maintaining our business as your own, aligning with our mission, goals, objectives, and policies. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks, serve as a liaison between residents and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community. Upholding privacy and confidentiality, you'll handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.  

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 8am - 3:30pm. Some holiday coverage is required. 

What you will need: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Must be 18+ years to apply 
• Two years of receptionist/customer service experience, preferably in senior or hospitality services.  
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
