Read on…  SUMMARYAs IntelyCare’s Incentive Plan Analyst, you’ll design, modify, and implement competitive incentive compensation programs to maximize recruitment, retention, and performance across the entire Revenue Team. Our ideal candidate will be a collaborator, an innovator, and a problem-solver. You will be joining a team that’s disrupting the healthcare staffing landscape, so we’re looking for someone who can think, create, and lead differently.  What You’ll Do ·       Analyze and evaluate the Revenue Team’s incentive plans with the goal to implement a consistently competitive and effective compensation structure.·       Collect and analyze data on the current incentive plans with a goal of understanding how effective each plan has performed in achieving the desired behaviors and outcomes.·       Interview managers and representatives, as well as leadership, to gather their suggestions and recommendations for changes and updates.·       Research incentive plan strategies and goals to suggest and implements changes that may increase Team morale, performance, and productivity. ·       Communicate approved plan changes to management and participants, answering questions and providing additional training or support about the changes.·       Calculate monthly incentive plan accruals and final payments in conjunction with Finance and Revenue Team leadership. Who You Are  ·       2+ years of experience as an Incentive Plan Administrator, or similar role.·       Proven success working with all levels of management.·       Extensive knowledge of compensation strategies and incentive programs.·       Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.·       Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.  Some of Our Many Perks·       Monthly health and wellness stipend·       Task Human App with 24/7 wellness coaches·       Complimentary beverages, snacks and lunches catered twice a week·       Summer Fridays·       Unlimited PTO ·       12 paid company holidays·       Commuter benefits·       Benefits Hub discount platform·       Opportunities‌‌ for‌‌ training and mentorship‌‌ We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
