<h1><b>Senior Attorney </b></h1><p>As a Senior Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in driving our legal operations and ensuring the highest level of compliance and legal precision. Your expertise will be critical in navigating complex legal landscapes, providing valuable insights, and independently managing nuanced legal projects. You will be instrumental in shaping legal outcomes and ensuring robust legal integrity across all operations. Location of this European role will be our office in Leuven. </p><p></p><p><b>Your tasks and <span>responsibilities: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Independently handle specialized legal tasks and complex legal projects. </p></li><li><p>Provide comprehensive legal analysis and draft high-quality legal documents. </p></li><li><p>Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. </p></li><li><p>Advise on intricate legal matters, providing detailed legal opinions. </p></li><li><p>Conduct thorough legal risk assessments and mitigations. </p></li><li><p>Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and legal proceedings. </p></li><li><p>Review and contribute to the development of company policies. </p></li><li><p>Support cross-functional initiatives with detailed legal insights. </p></li><li><p>Monitor and interpret legislation changes affecting the organization. </p></li><li><p>Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on legal matters. </p></li></ul><p> <br/><b>About You </b></p><ul><li><p>You are an experienced attorney within a corporate environment.
