Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst at OnLogic’s South Burlington, Vermont office will report directly to the Controller. As a finance expert, you will be contributing to the daily accounting, financial strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a fast paced global environment.
As the Financial Analyst you will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for the finance team, as well as for the broader OnLogic organization. - Analyze revenue and spending trends
- Budget to actual variance analysis and provide recommendations.
- Find opportunities to help us scale, increase efficiencies, and optimize value across all areas of our business.
- Create dashboards to present relevant and actionable insights for the global organization
- Lead the rolling forecast process by providing financial data, KPIs and industry trends.
- Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
- Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
The team you will be joining:
Finance helps guide financial decisions with analytics, performance management, forecasting, insights and financial modeling. A business is only as strong as those keeping a close eye on the bottom line and our Finance team not only keeps the books, but also manages to help explain what all those numbers mean at our monthly company meetings to make sure the whole organization is up to speed on where we stand. If you love complex problem solving in an international environment and engaging with all departments of the business - this might be your home.
Requirements
5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
- CPA, CFA or MBA preferred

- An analytical curious mind who can sense, analyze, and articulate the information that the business needs when it's needed.
- An agile mindset that can balance process and scalability in a very high growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt practices, processes, and techniques to changing priorities and issues and drive proactive, effective change leadership.
- Ability to build strong relationships and become a trusted business partner to stakeholders in multiple countries.
- Results oriented and passionate about operational excellence. There is no such thing as “this is how we have always done it”.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, and negotiation skills.
- Efficient time management, planning, and organizational skills including demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
