THE JOB:

As a Host at Stalla, our fine-dining Italian restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Your role involves greeting guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will remember long after they leave.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.11

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere as you assist them with their reservations and seat them at their table.

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards 

• Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners with guest contact and table information to ensure seamless service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age

• Takes pride in their work 

• Enjoys working collaboratively with a team to provide outstanding guest experiences.

• Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression 

• Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
