Developers are directly involved in the newest products, which SAP plans to bring to market, using the latest technology such as AI, in-memory computing, cloud-based applications, and advanced user interfaces. Part of S/4HANA will be an International Trade solution covering all necessary processes in companies exchanging <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_(economics)" title="Capital (economics)"><span>capital</span></a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goods" title="Goods"><span>goods</span></a>, and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service_(economics)" title="Service (economics)"><span>services</span></a> across <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_borders" title="International borders"><span>international borders</span></a> or territories. </span></span></p> <p><span><span>For this development team we are looking for fresh graduates or people at the beginning of their careers.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>WHAT YOU´LL DO</b><br/> We are looking for a passionate Junior Developer for our team in Brno to work on the exciting global project of International Trade. In this role: </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>You will gain valuable insights into critical Business Processes of the S/4HANA Public Cloud International Trade solution while engaging directly with our growing customer base.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will be involved in the full software development cycle, from discussing requirements with our stakeholders, over design, implementation, quality assurance, security, customer support to bug fixing.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Additionally, you will work closely with experts to build domain knowledge and technical skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will pioneer to learn and become an expert in the <a href="https://www.sap.com/bulgaria/products/technology-platform/abap.html" target="_blank">SAP BTP ABAP Environment</a>, a cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering for ABAP Cloud Development.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will develop new Fiori applications based on ABAP, JavaScript, Core Data Services (CDS) modelling, OData and other relevant technologies.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Working in a highly self-motivated and reliable manner and applying agile software development principles.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Step by step building broad and deep functional and business process knowledge in selected areas of the International Trade solution.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span><b>WHAT YOU BRING</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>Our ongoing expansion relies on the expertise of individuals who possess diverse skills, knowledge, and backgrounds. We are currently seeking a candidate who possesses the following skills:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Degree in Engineering / Computer science or equivalent subject.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Good knowledge about object-oriented design and programming.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to quickly learn new areas of knowledge.</span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Ability to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds in different locations.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Basic understanding of software development and its methodologies.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of any programing language such NodeJS, Python and eager to learn ABAP.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency with common tools for agile project planning and tracking, source code control and continuous integration (for example JIRA, Git, Jenkins) is beneficial</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluent in English.
