General Project Management: Establish and maintain PMO activities, including performance tracking, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and change management. For projects assigned, conduct regular project reviews, audits, and reporting to ensure projects meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule, safety, and quality.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and drive project success.

Risk and Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all applicable nuclear regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Promote a strong safety culture and implement lessons learned from previous projects.
