Brown & Brown is seeking an Associate Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Directly assist Account Executives/Account Managers with the following processes (including but not limited to):

  • Policy checking

  • Endorsement checking

  • Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property

  • Process renewal requests

  • Renewal billing

• Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown

• Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures

• Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years' experience in an office environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word, and Excel

• Exceptional telephone demeanor
