Seasonal Hospitality Associate

The Seasonal Hospitality Associate plays an important role in delivering an elevated guest experience throughout the holiday season. This position supports the Caruso Signature loyalty program and hospitality operations by providing luxury service, coordinating events, and creating personalized guest interactions. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel at crafting memorable moments for every guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with setup, execution, and guest interaction at seasonal events including tree lightings, Santa experiences, and exclusive member gatherings
• Monitor and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolutions for loyalty members and VIP guests
• Collaborate with the Hospitality team to refine and document concierge standard operating procedures, with emphasis on holiday services and elevated guest expectations
• Coordinate and support personalized visits for top-tier loyalty members, including pre-arrival planning, on-site hosting, and post-visit follow-up
• Manage logistics for Christmas tree visits, including pre-arrival organization and on-site concierge communication.
• Deliver warm, professional service through greetings, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. Maintain deep knowledge of property offerings and seasonal activations
• Conduct test purchases and assist with program audits to ensure smooth operation of the Caruso Signature platform

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
