The Impact You’ll Make

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop product roadmaps and requirements that inform product owner and engineering teams on objectives, scenario prioritization and customer requirements.
• Develop product roadmap, monitor, and test performance metrics to address complex and difficult client problems.
• Define longer-term product direction that translates business strategy to product strategy. 
• Provide insights to customers and stakeholders on the product and partner with them to better understand their problems and work together to deliver needed solutions.
• Partner with other product managers to create cohesive strategies and roadmaps across division.

What you'll do [Continued]

• Lead the efforts on internal client projects that require analysis of patterned structures with nanoscale dimensions to correlate with processing conditions.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform success of enterprise products and infrastructure.
• Contributes to product development and release activities.
• Work with process and senior engineers to understand process engineering flow and nanoscale material challenges in etch and deposition product group.
• Responsible for driving adoption of internal SW products across etch and deposition product group.
• Enable adoption of a new product across etch and deposition group to enhance novel semiconductor material processing capabilities.
• Work with applications engineering team and process engineers for data collection, data analysis and to prepare detailed technical/scientific reports for various stakeholders.
• Works with process engineers and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements, and business issues/ challenges.
• Work with other product managers to implement multi-product integration and create roadmap and strategy across the division.
• Works with product managers to implement multi-product integration.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Works with cross-functional teams to get information and results needed.
• Become single point of contact or owner of leading projects and other responsibilities. 

Who We’re Looking For

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with 7+ years of relevant work;
• M.S. with 10+ years of relevant work experience; or
• B.S. with 14+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Python Programming 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross-sectional SEM and TEM image analysis through various machine learning algorithms.
• In-depth understanding of process development for deposition and etch products and working knowledge of process modeling.
• Familiarity with software product development methodologies
