The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications As a Caseworker, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' rehabilitation journeys. Your daily responsibilities will include: Resource Coordination: Actively connect clients with vital community services, including housing, transportation, employment, medical, mental health, and other social services. Intervention & Counseling: Facilitate psycho-educational classes addressing criminogenic risks, and provide targeted counseling for individuals dealing with substance use and mental health disorders (services may extend to family members). Documentation Assistance: Help clients obtain critical identification documents (e.g., birth certificates, driver's licenses, tribal IDs). Collaboration: Maintain consistent, professional written and verbal communication with Adult Probation and Parole Agents and Supervisors regarding client treatment progress. Adaptability: Perform other duties as required to support the center’s mission. Human behavior, behavioral health management, and risk/needs assessments.Key Responsibilities
