About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface with team members as well as business stakeholders of all levels.  They should also have strong organizational skills and be able to manage several complex, high priority projects concurrently.  Candidate should have data and analytics skills, including SQL.  Candidate should have knowledge of financial products, specifically over-the-counter derivatives. Candidate must exhibit strong knowledge of concepts within Credit Risk, Market Risk, XVA (x-Valuation Adjustments) and PFE (Potential Future Exposure)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead multi-year, complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
  • Act as an advisory to business stakeholders and senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
  • Liaise with Quants on model integration and testing with the XVA technology framework
  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Proactively manage and remediate delivery risks


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience in the securities industry working on relevant Capital Markets/Risk initiatives



Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working as a subject matter expert in XVA (x-valuation adjustments), Credit Risk, Market Risk, PFE (Potential Future Exposure)
  • 3+ years of Quantitative analysis/development/modeling/testing experience

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
