Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to residents while ensuring the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working with elderly populations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and best practices.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
