Pay: $18.00-$22.00

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: 302 4th Ave SE, Mapleton, ND 58059

We are currently looking for a reliable, team-oriented Office Administrator with solid communication skills and attention to detail to bring on to our team. The Office Administrator is responsible for all administrative processes within the location. Which may include but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe work environment around the office
• Utilizes computers to record and locate information as needed
• Maintaining accurate customer and company inventory systems
• Accurately invoicing customers for seed and services provided
• Providing customers with accurate information regarding inventories
• Maintaining complete location production and processing records
• Accurately recording seed grower pricing requests
• Initiating grower payments
• Initiating Customer Pricings
• Accurately processing vendor invoices for payment
• Processing mail 
• Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

· Communicate positively and effectively with coworkers and customer

· Follow company policies and procedures for safety and quality

· Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and goals

· Arrive and be ready to work by the scheduled starting time

· Perform additional duties as directed by department supervisor

· Must pass a background check and drug test.
