IT Application Engineer, Finance apps

We’re looking for an IT application engineer to provide technical expertise and support in our Lisbon office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome IT Application Engineering team. If you’re someone who has experience working with developing and managing business and finance applications, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:

• Develop and support different phases of projects, from solution development to testing and implementation
• Provide internal technical support, troubleshoot user-reported problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants 
• Optimize applications by integrating new technologies, performing upgrades and automating processes for improved efficiency and security
• Document development processes and procedures

Does this sound like you?

• At least 3+ years of experience with business applications management
• Experience with developing and managing business applications such as ERP and finance systems
• Fluency in English
• Proficient knowledge of compliance and security requirements when working with access control
• Experience in project management processes to deliver defined solutions
• Strong experience in troubleshooting support issues
• Proficiency working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions
