Branch Operations Specialist

What you will do:

• Run and review daily operations reports and perform related tasks involved with each
• Review invoices daily for billing accuracy. Adjusts costs, freight, and credit when required
• Assess branch freight invoices for accuracy, and cost and allocate as needed
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payables department and Warehouse departments to resolve internal and vendor invoice discrepancies
• Work with the Credit department to resolve internal and customer financial issues
• Supports the Account Reps and Account Managers with discrepancies regarding invoices, inventory, and internal transactions.
• Reconcile cashbox & deposit cash/checks (counter branches only)
• For inventory branches, assist with inventory control reports/transactions along with customer/vendor returns
• Perform End of Month close
• Logging UETs (Unquality Event Trackers) and actively seeking ways to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness
• Backup to the Sales Operations Manager

 

What you will bring:

• Electrical, Contractor and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Eclipse Operations Systems required
• 4 years of related experience and/or training

 

Location: This role is remote, but the candidate needs to be located near the Inland Empire in CA

 

Work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.43 - $27.26  per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
