That's why we need you, a Unified Communications Engineer who can develop, deploy, and support the collaboration capabilities the Navy depends on.</p><p></p><p>As a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer on our team, you'll use your expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager <span>(</span>CUCM<span>)</span>, Voice over IP <span>(</span>VoIP<span>)</span>, Session Initiation Protocol <span>(</span>SIP<span>)</span>, voice gateways, dial plans, Cisco Meeting Server <span>(</span>CMS<span>)</span>, and collaboration applications such as Cisco Jabber, Webex, and Micro<span>sof</span>t Teams to support mission-critical communications. You will configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco voice, video, and conferencing solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and highly available collaboration services.</p><p></p><p>You'll apply your <span>knowledge of</span> Cisco collaboration technologies, voice and video endpoints, conferencing platforms, enterprise networking, virtualization, and IP communications to help deploy and sustain secure collaboration capabilities across classified environments. Working alongside a team of technical experts, you'll solve complex interoperability and operational challenges while supporting the modernization of Navy communications systems.</p><p></p><p>Your <span>knowledge of</span> Cisco collaboration technologies, enterprise networking, emerging communications platforms, and industry best practices will help optimize mission operations and improve user collaboration. The world can't wait.</p><p></p><p><b><span>You Have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of <span>experience</span> engineering, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager <span>(</span>CUCM<span>)</span> in an enterprise environment</p></li><li><p>5+ years of <span>experience</span> implementing, configuring, and supporting VoIP or IP telephony solutions, including SIP, SCCP, dial plans, and voice gateways</p></li><li><p>3+ years of <span>experience</span> deploying and administering Cisco collaboration applications, including Cisco Jabber, Webex, Micro<span>sof</span>t Teams, or Cisco IM and Presence</p></li><li><p>3+ years of <span>experience</span> configuring, deploying, and supporting Cisco voice and video endpoints, including IP phones and Video Teleconferencing <span>(</span>VTC<span>)</span> systems</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> administering enterprise conferencing platforms such as Cisco Meeting Server <span>(</span>CMS)</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> troubleshooting voice, video, and collaboration issues using SIP, RTP, QoS, and call t<span>race</span> analysis</p></li><li><p><span>TS/SCI clearance</span></p></li><li><p><span>HS diploma or GED</span></p></li><li><p>DoD 8140 Cybersecurity <span>Certification</span> such as CompTIA Security+ CE <span>Certification</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Nice If You Have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of <span>experience</span> with enterprise network engineering, including routing, switching, VLANs, and QoS</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> administering Cisco Unity Connection voicemail services</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> with Cisco Expressway, Cisco Unified Border Element <span>(</span>CUBE<span>)</span>, or Session Border Controllers <span>(</span>SBCs<span>)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> with VMware vSphere, ESXi, <span>or other</span> virtualized collaboration environments</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> deploying and managing virtual appliances</p></li><li><p><span>Experience</span> supporting classified Department of Defense collaboration environments</p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>Current</span> Cisco Certified Spe<span>cia</span>list - Collaboration Core <span>(</span>CLCOR<span>)</span>, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration <span>Certification</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Clearance:</span></b></p><p><span>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information</span><span>;</span> <
