Sales Representative- Residential Construction

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales in the home building, remodeling, construction, or renovation markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in selling products or services to homeowners, contractors, and builders in these markets. This position includes base salary plus commission and bonuses. This position also features hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in the home building, remodeling, construction, or renovation markets.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate and close sales agreements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Stay current with industry trends and competitors.
