Sun River Health currently seeking a full-time Project Manager.
The S4CH Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, controlling, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional value to internal and external clients. The project manager may be responsible for managing several concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager may play several different roles in actual practice, this includes coordinating the efforts of team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for successful project completion.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all team members. Delegate tasks, manage workloads, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.
- Timeline Management: Ensure that all project deadlines are met and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in scope, resources, or unforeseen delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed the required standards, and that any quality-related issues are addressed promptly.
- Project Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting notes, and issue logs.
- Project Closure: Successfully close out projects by ensuring all deliverables are met, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Healthcare and Informatics preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Annualized Salary Range: $71,853.60- $89,817.00
