Patient Service Specialist (Gynecology) - FT/80

Description

The Patient Service Specialist will:

• Demonstrate the ability to organize the office efficiently and effectively. 
• Contribute to a pleasant and cooperative team environment.��
• Cross train in all areas of reception. 
• Accurately and expeditiously register patients. 
• Demonstrate the ability to respond to requests for information, both patient specific as well as practice specific. 
• Demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain office equipment. 
• Demonstrate the ability to accurately prepare and maintain patient charts

 This position will also support Urology.

Requirements

• Six (6) months’ customer service/clerical experience, including computer operation
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Proficient typing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software.
