Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Integration Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing integration projects, with a focus on Workday implementations. This role involves overseeing integration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration solutions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, and other relevant integration platforms.
• Manage a team responsible for integrations, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, propose effective solutions, and drive successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide efficient resolutions to minimize disruptions in operations.
• Engage with internal and external support teams to identify and resolve integration defects and failures promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and processes related to integrations for future reference and training purposes.
• Oversee integration projects throughout the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions align with business objectives and are scalable to meet future needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. 
• Proven experience in managing Workday integrations, with a strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving successful integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail in troubleshooting integration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
