Technical Project Manager

The salary range for this position is $61,300- $113,900 USD. 

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. 

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. Position overview

The Cloud Operations organization is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, cloud migration and modernization planning, and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and delight our customers.

Responsibilities and deliverables

• Manage the project milestones, dependencies, and timelines for the Cloud Ops and DevOps squads
• Assist with planning and tracking progress on a daily, weekly, and quarterly cadence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, R&D teams, customer support, and sales
• Develop project timelines, work plans, and resource plans
• Implement and manage projects using Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Lean methodologies
• Responsible for reporting KPIs and project milestones
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and develop solutions

Experience (required)

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian and O365 suites

Experience (preferred)

• Identifying and understanding opportunity, developing requirements, building roadmaps, and executing on business plans
• Related work experience with a fast-paced cloud technology organization
• Proven ability to translate business plans and technical dependencies into action

Technical competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian and O365 project management
• Hands on report curation for Kanban and/or Scrum teams
• Expertise with FBS tools is a big plus

Education

• Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in Scrum or Project Management are a plus
