Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join the M&A Integration Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Join the team that protects and enables Delivery Hero’s growth. In the M&A Integration team, as part of the Legal, Governance and Assurance Team, you’ll play a key role in driving integration and separation processes in M&A and driving other structuring projects. Your work will help mitigate risks and ensure we’re positioned for sustainable, long-term success—making you a key contributor to our mission of delivering amazing experiences worldwide.

• Manage integration and divestment projects globally across diverse functions and entities, including support functions (eg finance, legal, people) and product and tech, ensuring alignment with legal, operational and strategic requirements.

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and task ownership for seamless migration or separation.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones to the team and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders across DH, to align strategies and drive successful outcomes.

• Review and provide input on transaction agreements, including transitional service agreements, advising on optimal strategies for migration or separation.

• Identify opportunities to maximize acquisition value and partner with M&A teams to refine processes, share insights, and continuously improve DH’s best practices.

Qualifications

• You have at least 7 years of professional experience in an international company with M&A integration-related tasks and projects.

• You have a solid understanding of Project Management methodologies.

• You are a process-oriented person and have a problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality.

• You are highly skilled at building relationships and influencing people to move towards a target.

• You have strong communication skills in English.

• You are able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• You work cooperatively with other internal departments and external stakeholders. 

• You are willing to travel up to 20% of your working time.

• You are highly motivated, very pragmatic, able to work independently and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects. 

• Previous experience using Google Suite and Smartsheet for project planning is valued.
