As the Corporate FP&A Senior Manager at allnex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape and supporting our growth objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate analysis, planning processes, and collaborating with various business functions to drive financial success. Your focus will include group forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, while managing business cases for investments and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will act as a business partner to Senior VPs and engage with key stakeholders, including the CFO and shareholders.</p>

<p>We are looking for a highly skilled financial leader with a passion for value creation and continuous improvement. You will excel at utilizing digital and analytical tools to generate insights and drive efficiency. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential as you lead a small team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that financial practices and business processes are aligned with our corporate goals. This is a strategic, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest levels within the organization.<br/>

<h2><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<p>Corporate Analysis and Strategic Planning:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and update forecasts, including quarterly and monthly forecasts, budget planning, and long-term plans (e.g., 5-year plans).</li>
<li>Handle requests from leadership and stakeholders for presentations, analyses, and support across regions and functions.</li>
<li>Provide analytical support and monthly reporting with a focus on key financial metrics like volume, margins, costs, and working capital.</li>
<li>Develop business cases for investments and other strategic initiatives, incl. financial due diligence on potential M&A projects </li>
<li>Prepare impairment tests and manage related queries with auditors.</li>
<li>Support external reporting, including presentations and Q&A sessions for banks and investors.</li>
<li>Act as the key contact for regular questions and requests from shareholders.</li>
<li>Prepare business performance reports, including financial metrics and improvement actions.</li>
<li>Lead the execution of FP&A strategy, including project management, digitalization efforts, tool implementation, and other initiatives such as KPI dashboards.<br/>

</ul>
<h2><b>Required skills and experience</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Marketing.</li>
<li>MBA/MS/CFA /CMA/CPA is preferred with ongoing education in finance.</li>
<li>Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in a financial business environment, such as Transaction Advisory at Big4 or FP&A/Business Controlling in Corporate/Industrial settings.</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Value creation mindset.</li>
<li>Creativity and innovation to foster a continuous improvement culture in FP&A.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking.</li>
<li>Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proactive, assertive, and able to influence stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analytics, including solid spreadsheet skills and familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx).<br/>
