Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Lead to join our team! In this role you will have an opportunity to positively impact high priority national security technical challenges, while helping to identify and create innovative techniques and solutions to counter strategic pacing threats across multiple domains.  Customers will rely on your aptitude and understanding of their concept of employment and operations to give them a technical edge and a surprise advantage.  You will help shape and define formative capabilities in support of U.S. national security and intelligence policy objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, develops, and drives technology solutions within the High Consequence Mission areas to support a full understanding of mission and customer requirements. Develops and executes comprehensive technology strategies.
  • Leads the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance capabilities in support of key growth initiatives. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that align with mission and operational needs.
  • Leverages a strong network of customer and industry contacts and familiarity with our customers’ major programs and upcoming initiatives. Keeps abreast of the current business climate and overall industry trends.
  • Works closely with our Defense & Intelligence (D&I) Account Executive and Business Development Growth teams to conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience in, but not limited to, proposal development, white papers, and drafting technical reports.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the proposal team from inception to completion, leading the solution development and technical approach volumes where applicable.
  • Designs impactful and scalable technology solutions, focused on Electromagnetic Spectrum Sensors (RF).  Demonstrated ability to apply analytical approaches to architect bespoke solutions to counter threats within each domain.
  • Experience with operational EW and/or SIGINT systems supporting the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
  • Understands environmental complexity to deploy systems in difficult-to-access regions around the globe.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in technical or business discipline; Technical/Engineering degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of diversified experience, oriented around the Intelligence Community, DoD Special Missions, Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities and the national intelligence priority framework.
  • Extensive knowledge of the technical collection markets, to include management and delivery of software/hardware capabilities in support of those mission areas.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the DoD and IC acquisition lifecycles.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including captivating presentation skills.

Salary Range: 

$140,700.00 - $253,300.00
