Digital Content Associate, FireTV

A Senior Content Associate (L3) is responsible for leading content validation and quality assurance initiatives within the FireTV catalog ecosystem. This role requires advanced expertise in managing digital content accuracy, driving process improvements, and mentoring team members. To maintain catalog integrity and identifies systemic issues, proposes scalable solutions, and contributes to the enhancement of content matching systems. This individual demonstrates exceptional judgment in complex scenarios, proactively identifies operational inefficiencies, and collaborates with the team, SMEs and Managers to elevate the customer experience on FireTV devices.

Key job responsibilities
To maintain and validate digital content catalog, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all content types
Handle complex content validation scenarios, including edge cases and ambiguous matching situations
Identify root cause on recurring content errors, trends, patterns that recommend insights
Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in error classification and quality standards across the team
Provide buddy support to L2 and new team members, serving as a buddy trainer and knowledge resource
Manage complex metadata across various content types (Tv shows, movies, episodes, sports) with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established standards
Attention to detail while managing high-volume workloads and competing priorities
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to new tools, processes, and content types
Proactively identify systemic inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend process improvements
Anticipate potential operational challenges, proactively flag risks and recommend solutions

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Must be a graduate in any stream Working knowledge of MS Office Strong written and verbal communication. Attention to detail & flexible to work in various workflows. Open to learn new tools and technologies. Willingness to work on repetitive work on day to day basis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidate with 3+ years work experience. Candidate with work experience in any process in Amazon would be an added advantage Highly passionate about Digital content specially Movies/Shows/Series.
