The In-Room Dining and Pantry Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of both the In-Room Dining department and the Pantry outlet. This role leads day-to-day operations while driving financial results, operational efficiency, and service excellence. The In-Room Dining and Pantry Manager ensures consistent adherence to food and beverage quality, safety, and presentation standards, while developing and guiding the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience across both outlets.
What you will do
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s In Room Dining & Pantry Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services.
What you bring
Two or three years’ previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to team development and exceptional guest service.
Knowledge of food & beverage operations including barista service, food preparation, menu knowledge, inventory management, labor and cost control, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems required.
Must have working knowledge of Four Seasons standards, policies, and food & beverage systems, along with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
