This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 AM Miami time (or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time)
With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between cutting-edge medical science and exceptional customer care. You’ll interact with medical professionals, pharmacies, and partners across North America, representing a company at the forefront of hormone therapy innovation. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of bioidentical medicine while honing your communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, while also supporting the executive team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle 10-30 daily calls from medical providers, pharmacies, and B2B clients
Provide clear, professional information about hormone therapy products and services
Resolve complex inquiries related to highly regulated products
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Manage administrative tasks supporting executive team members
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry regulations
Contribute to maintaining strong partner and client relationships
Assist in company expansion efforts as they grow to 1,000 locations

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Quick learner capable of understanding and explaining complex medical concepts
Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings
Background in nursing, pharmacy, or related medical field is a plus
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in hormone therapy
Capacity to align work hours with Eastern Standard Time zone
Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven healthcare company
