This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our study, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. The selected candidate will be asked to greet participants as they arrive for their scheduled sessions and direct them where to sit as they wait for their scheduled session.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Confirm the participant visit to the site via phone call according to the project requirements.</li> <li>Check candidate’s availability for the project.</li> <li>Answer candidate’s questions.</li> <li>Provide logistical information.</li> <li>Schedule candidates for session times.</li> <li>Maintain and update the session schedule days in advance.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Own a laptop to perform the tasks for this role</li> <li>Strong prioritization skills</li> <li>Self-motivated, quick learner and organized</li> <li>Ability to juggle multiple participants at once and effectively multitask</li> <li>Quality and detail-oriented mindset</li> <li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li> <li>Availability to work full-time onsite (Dublin, Ireland) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday</li> </ul> <p><br/></p> <p><br/></p> <p><br/></p> <p>DataForce by TransPerfect is part of the TransPerfect family of companies, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, with offices in more than 100 cities worldwide.
