Horrocks LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico is hiring an Engineer-In-Training (Geotechnical). Minimum requirements are a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, including coursework in Rock Mechanics, Pavement Management Systems, and Temporary Structures Construction and applicants must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. -Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers-Drafting and design work for a variety of projects across multiple disciplines
-Work in structural detailing, site plans, drainage, grading, utilities (profiles), SWPPP, and other associated items
-Create and modify technical drawings of roads, bridges, pipelines, etc.
-Collaborate with engineers to ensure that the drawings are correct and represent the design accurately
-Compile and maintain the entire plan set of technical drawings
