Shift: Saturday – Monday (12:00PM – 12:00AM)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As DC Coach -  OSC (Area Manager), you will lead and influence a team of athletes and point guards to achieve daily operational targets. You will actively listen and address employees' concerns, provide safe space in which all employees can bring their best self to work daily. You will work in a comfortable climate-controlled environment where safety is our top priority. We are also committed to helping you make sport a daily habit so our DCs also offer onsite gyms. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

You will cultivate strategic connections and partnership with our transportation, planning, origin fulfillment DCs, and other relevant support partners to make the best business decisions for daily success of the OSC operation. You will be proactive in processing multiple priorities and demands to maximize OSC production results. You will conduct observations to assess the operation flow, process adherence, quality of final output by the athletes. Must be passionate about and look for ways of continuous improvement to take OSC to new and higher levels of operational results. You will be responsible for providing leadership for 6–7-Point Guards (leads) - coach, mentor and develop them for continuing career progress. More importantly, readily open to feedback for ways to grow and improve the operation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related discipline and at least 2 - 3 years management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment; or an additional 2 years in lieu of a degree is preferred
  • 3 plus years of experience managing employees preferred.
  • Working knowledge of automated distribution systems, departmental cost savings measures, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • PC skills required, experience with Microsoft office tools, WMOS, WCS (warehouse control system), and exception resolution knowledge.
  • Project management, continuous improvement, and lean efficiency skills preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines required.
  • Must possess demonstrated ability to work as a team member, handle confidential matters in a professional manner, and always try to ensure fair athlete’s experience daily.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal skills, ability to embrace and promote others' ideas, motivate employees, build, and maintain professional working relationships across multiple departments.
  • Foster a safe and open environment for employee’s self-discovery and growth.
  • Must be reliable and lead by example (ex: work entire scheduled shift). As a result, be able to always hold the team accountable. Be prepared to handle workplace difficult issues.
