As a Capital Markets Associate Director - Structuring/Origination (F) within PNC's Corporate Banking Infrastructure Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC markets will also be considered.

Preferences:

Experience with infrastructure project finance
Formal Credit training
Financial modeling skills strongly preferred

Licenses required: SIE, S63 and 79 within 180 days of employment

Job Description

  • Constructs and guides originating and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy or industry. Performs and utilizes complex financial analyses, due diligence and research related to capital markets transactions to manage and develop client relationships directly and as part of deal teams.
  • Partners with sales team, relationship managers, traders and other internal service partners to originate and structure fundamental capital markets solutions to our more complex clients.
  • Works with management and senior members of the team to identify and suggest appropriate solutions based on client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client relationships. Assumes increasing responsibility to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Works in support of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales, new business activity and customer support. Actively participates in the execution and leadership of these activities.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
