About the Role – Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure dishes, cookware, and food prep areas stay clean, sanitized, and ready for our culinary team to deliver high-quality meals. This is a great entry-level role in hospitality with on-the-job training and daily teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean used kitchenware from both front and back of house

• Operate dishwashing machines; handwash items as needed

• Organize clean dishware, cookware, and utensils

• Sanitize workstations, sweep/mop floors, and remove trash regularly

• Monitor supply levels (detergents, sanitizer) and report needs

• Report mechanical or performance issues with machines

• Support kitchen staff in maintaining a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to multitask and work quickly during peak service hours

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• No prior kitchen experience required – just a great attitude and strong work ethic!
