Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to success. This role requires a deep understanding of Information Management operations and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, direct, and manage program initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services.

· Supervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill sets.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

· Manage performance-based contracts and task orders in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience as a program manager with a preferred minimum of 10 years of experience (PmP Certification desired).

· Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the highest levels of management.

· Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations and ITSM.

· TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

· Experience in the military or working with senior military leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Delivery or sales efforts in a similar-sized services organization to the Defense information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP).

· Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.

· Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Service Delivery’s mission.

· Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.

· Experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

· Experience working in the Pentagon.

· Excellent communication skills at senior government levels1.
