Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

THE OPPORTUNITY:

While embracing the culture and values of Lakeshirts, the Maintenance Technician has a key role in and is directly responsible for daily maintenance, repairing equipment (specifically our multi-head embroidery machines) and troubleshooting of Lakeshirts and Doghouse equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am

A Typical Day (job functions) | Problem-Solve + Facility Support + Repairs + Upkeep

• Provide courteous and professional service to Lakeshirts employees, treating everyone as a customer
• Versatile in handling interruptions and communicating verbally
• Creatively and positively problem-solve and multi-task
• Provide support for facility changes and updates
• Duties may include: repairs to mechanical equipment and systems, painting, snow removal, grounds upkeep, basic electrical work
• Maintain work area and report safety concerns
• Contribute to team effort by working together to complete all job assignments
• Work actively with others to get the issue resolved
• Proactively work to find creative solutions to problems or possible issues
• Other duties as assigned

Skills (qualifications) | Can-Do Attitude + Mad Maintenance Skills + The Resourcefulness of MacGyver

• High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
• Previous maintenance or mechanic experience required
• Ability to work well in a team
• Candidate must possess a current, valid driver's license
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
