Program/Project Manager

Definitive Logic is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
•Contributes to all aspects of the program/project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)t•Assists with the planning, staffing, budget, and direction for one or more program(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers•Contributes to program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management•Works with customer to gather and prioritize program requirements•Provides strategic leadership in assisting the customer transition from waterfall to agile SDLC methodology across all application workstreams while minimizing impacts to program deliverables•Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered•Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership•Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership•Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered•Documents Past Performance write-ups•May contribute to Net New growth within current customer account

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• PMP certification
• CSM or equivalent certification
