Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be a key member of our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy and development of our talent. This role will partner with leaders to implement HR strategies to include organization, development, change management, talent acquisition, engagement, policies, performance management, succession, onboarding, employee relations, and retention.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers Human Resources solutions to drive the business and culture by providing HR partnership for the business operations.
- Interprets the understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and leadership.
- Collaborates with the HR team to provide innovative solutions and drive execution of strategies.
- Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, talent development, productivity, and recognition.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and development plans.
- Processes employee changes in HRIS system and maintains electronic employee files.
- Produces routine reports to include headcount, hires, attrition, etc.
- Partners with talent acquisition team and managers on job offers and the hiring process.
- Conducts onboarding and trainings with employees and leaders.
- Support and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
- Completes other projects/tasks as assigned.

- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
- Action-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Customer focused with the ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
