Job Description:

Nurse Manager, Mixed Acuity Unit

Baptist Health is looking for an energetic and qualified candidate to join our family as a Nurse Manager, supporting the hospital's mixed acuity and critical care units which care for a variety of pateints from general telemetry to critical care. The nurse manager has oversight of these two units to ensure exceptional patient care, staff development, quality metrics and monitoring, safety, and unit budgeting.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

Active Kentucky Nursing License

BSN Required

Master's Degree preferred

BCLS and ACLS will be required.

A minimum of two years recent leadership expreince is required.
