The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.  

The selected candidate will join the Information Technology (IT) Business Partner team to gather business requirements and coordinate the delivery and deployment of infrastructure and application solutions with the Program Office, Engineering, and Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads liaison activities between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met

• Leads the education of the Business on Information Technology (IT) service offerings

• Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

• Leads development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders

• Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments

• Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

• Manages the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience within information technology

• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

• 1+ years of experience with a broad range of basic systems and application support

• 1+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects

• 1+ years of experience in systems development and implementations including systems interrogation and testing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

• Experience with developing strong stakeholder and client relationships

• Experience with preparing and delivering written materials and verbal presentations

• Experience working in a complex and changing business environment

• Experience working directly with customers to translate business requirements into test plans

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
