About the role
Angi is looking for a dynamic and motivated Culture & Engagement Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing initiatives that foster a positive and engaging culture for all team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, promote diversity and inclusion, and strengthen overall employee engagement.
What you’ll do
- Execute a comprehensive culture and engagement strategy that aligns with Angi’s values and objectives allowing for all team members to ‘Enjoy the Journey’.
- Manage in-office lunch programs, including vendor management, collecting and analyzing feedback and tracking relative analytics.
- Lead swag program across Angi, in partnership with Sales Program Manager, specifically focused on new hires, tenure recognition and values programming.
- Be a champion of our Angi Values by fostering a fun and inclusive experience. Embed Angi Values in all aspects of company-culture ensuring employees feel motivated, inspired and valued.
- Support the Sr. Manager, Talent Development & Inclusion in creating resources to best support our Employee Resource Groups.
- Collaborate as needed across Angi to design and execute initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Draft internal communications for Culture & Engagement ensuring team members know where and how to find information about events and programming.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of culture & engagement or HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred; or 3-5 years of project or program management experience with a passion for people-focused programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with team members across the organization
- Passionate about creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture
- Ability to strategically develop and tactically execute a wide range of cultural initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement and well-being
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience collaborating across an organization, including with members of senior leadership
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges $65,000-75,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
