Position Overview:

Manage / lead QC auditor’s day to day activities, review of contractor construction work in accordance with safety regulations, Mediacom policies and procedures

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist Security Manager.

• Issue Construction QC jobs (Day before or prior to 7:00am).

• Provide Construction Auditors with all required paperwork (As built/Production/Invoice Etc.).

• Issue Final Walks completed by Construction team / FAIL by Auditor and Pass by construction group.

• Issue and track all PPP (Capital Maintenance) jobs.

• Assist Construction Auditor / Review all PASS and FAIL jobs.

• Schedule 2-3 days/2-3 hours per week to work with the Construction Auditors in the field.

• Upload PPP QC jobs into Construction Portal

• Submit “No Return Contact Report”

• QC projects completed by auditors.

• Work with construction managers construction department.

• Train auditors.

• Conduct on-site inspections during progress of construction.

• Takes an active role in newer team members by sharing knowledge of the CATV industry, and construction Audit department.

• Basic knowledge of construction installations and equipment’s.

• Ability to travel with overnight stay as necessary.

• Regular attendance required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 4-year degree preferred.

• 2-3 years’ experience CATV field.

• 1-2 years’ experience in the construction QC field

• Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladder and/or use bucket.

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

• Knowledge of all construction tools needed.

• Knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs.

• Knowledge of work with construction portal and Oracle.
