Customer Administration Representative

The Austrian-owned AVL is the world's largest independent group of companies engaged in the development, simulation and testing of hybrid, internal combustion and electric engines and drivetrains.

The Zalaegerszeg test track is unique, as the traditional test track functions focusing on drivability and driving stability are implemented together with the elements of the research and development infrastructure focusing on the vehicles of the future in the system that enables multi-level validation based on each other. The uniqueness of the test track is that it not only offers the opportunity to carry out traditional vehicle dynamics tests, but also enables validation tests of autonomous (self-driving) vehicles and electric vehicles.

 

We are looking for a new colleague in Zalaegerszeg, to expand the AVL-ZalaZONE team, for the following position:

 

Customer Administration Representative 

 

Place of work: Zalaegerszeg, Hungary

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborates closely with the Key Account Specialist and actively supports him in performing administrative tasks.
• Maintains contact with existing and future clients, ensures that inquiries received from them are processed as soon as possible, and questions related to our services are answered.
• While serving the needs of the customers, it ensures a quick and flexible solution to the problems that arise, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains records of customer relations, transactions, comments and complaints (using the Salesforce system).
• Maintains contact and cooperates with partner departments in order to issue offers to clients.
• Through a thorough knowledge of our products and services, it facilitates the effective work of customers on the Test Track.
• Actively contributes to increasing the efficiency of existing customer service processes.

 

Your profile:

• Bachelors Degree,
• Hungarian is a must,
• Fluent English knowledge both oral and writing (German knowledge is an advantage),
• Work experience gained in a similar field;
• Category"B" driving licence;
• Convincing personnality with excellent communication skills,
• MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage,
• Able to handle complexity,
• Fast and precise in actions,
• Multi tasker,
• Team player.
