The Worldwide Online Retail Finance team supports all facets of the Apple Store Online (ASO) business. This team closely partners with various teams both within Retail and across Apple to support Online sales and commercial strategies, operations, marketing activities, and long-term capital investments. We are committed to excellence and strive to transform data into meaningful insight to directly shape the company’s future. Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our rapidly evolving Online commercial business. The ideal candidate has a track record of success and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. This global role will partner most closely with the ASO team to drive worldwide sales reporting and analysis for Online, understanding business trends and drivers, and communicating insights to leadership.

Description

The Online Retail Finance team supports Retail’s digital platforms worldwide. This team contributes to the success of Apple by facilitating the planning, analysis, prioritization and evaluation of our Online performance. This exciting role seeks to provide quantitative analysis of Online’s commercial levers, including promotions, consumer segments, and fulfillment offerings. In partnership with the regional and global business teams, you will analyze trends and insights to support key leadership updates at the worldwide level. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong business acumen and relationship management skills, with self-drive and an eagerness to make an immediate impact to the business. The candidate must be able to simplify and clearly articulate key drivers, results, and meaningful details to business partners and our leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, and AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) for research, analysis, synthesis, and content production
Hands-on financial experience performing financial modeling, forecasting and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency with Excel and Keynote
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Collaborative; an effective influencer who is able to build consensus among cross-functional teams
