At Global ISR Sensors and Software we are world leaders in high altitude electro-optical, infrared, multi-spectral imaging sensors and ground support systems, employed by the U.S. and foreign military in time critical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. Our passion is to support the Warfighter and this demands excellence in everything we do, from the talent we recruit to the highly-engineered systems we deliver. We are actively searching for a Mission Support Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert to the customer for all support requirements in a development, test, and operational support environment.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor the health and status of operational equipment

  • Respond to all issues related to the Raytheon product.

  • Responsible for maintaining complex customer systems to include:

  • Integration

  • Testing

  • Troubleshooting

  • Implementation of corrective actions

*This is a remote position with Worldwide Deployable Readiness Requirements

Additional Information:

  • Acceptance of a Raytheon Mission Support assignment imposes certain mandatory requirements and conditions in conjunction with our normal employment process at Raytheon and Human Resource policies. The terms and conditions are listed below:

  • Mission Support Team (MST) personnel are worldwide deployable and subject to all requirements and conditions specified or implied in the supported contract. These requirements may include: Pre-Deployment physical examinations, specific immunizations, security certifications and designated trainings. Terms and requirements of the supported contract are non-negotiable.

  • Raytheon MST Program Office is solely responsible for determining field assignments and relocations. MST personnel are subject to relocation at any time.

  • Family members are not allowed to accompany MST personnel to certain countries or classified locations. Any authorized family accompaniment to any location is the sole responsibility of the MST employee.

  • MST personnel must be flexible enough to perform multi-shift/overtime requirements with little or no notice.

  • MST personnel must comply with the laws and rules required in the jurisdiction where deployed.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required on Day one Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Integrity, reliability, and dedication in a team environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in avionic system maintenance.

  • Candidate should be able to read and interpret schematic diagrams, system
