About the role

The Opportunity 

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Client Success System Administrator for Smart Scheduling who will support the HCHB Smart Scheduling Services offering through implementation and operationalization. 

The Challenge  

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Client Success System Administrator for Smart Scheduling, you will play an essential role in ensuring the long-term success of HCHB Smart Scheduling Customers through intentional, regular conversations and reporting.  

You will be responsible for:

•    Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
•    Performing weekly system administration smart scheduling calls of assigned customers
•    Escalate smart scheduling issues to customer’s Executive Leadership team (should weekly calls not produce needed results)
•    Prepare and present analytical reports on a monthly basis to customer’s executive leadership team, reporting cost per visit rates, worker mileage utilization, and worker type optimization
•    Utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to branch when the incorrect service code is used or when there is a worker home branch mismatch
•    Ensure regular review of service code table 
•    Maintain a deep understanding of smart scheduling processes, including workflow console, scheduling console, smart scheduling reports, and analytics data
•    Assist customer in completing their worker import
•    Understand the client’s needs and engagement goals and strategy around managing their worker profiles
•    Updating labor costs annually in R2 based on CMS Index
•    Exhibit analytical, critical-thinking skills to achieve a return on investment for smart scheduling customer
•    Creating documentation for our knowledge base
•    Exemplifying CARES core values to promote a positive work environment and adherence to core values

Education requirements: this career opportunity requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience.
