Join BA Heat’s journey towards Fossil Free Living within one generation as a Senior Continuous Improvement Officer, situated at one of our main locations Amsterdam, London or Uppsala</strong>.</p><p>You will strengthen our Continuous Improvement team which is part of Project Excellence within the Operational Unit (OU) Heat Projects. Heat Projects is responsible for the development and construction of the heat and power generating assets and the heat grid within BA Heat. The work in our international team is characterized by diversity, openness and a high degree of cooperation. Respect in dealing with each other, our colleagues and business partners is just as important to us as having fun in our daily work.</p><p>The objective of a Continuous Improvement Officers’ activities is to constantly drive our departments’ learning culture and facilitate an optimal implementation of project processes. Further focus lies on stimulation and acceleration of knowledge exchange within project teams and throughout the organization. The successful candidate is therefore capable of communicating with project members of various disciplines and to understand their different perspectives and needs regarding project process implementation. Being part of Project Excellence, a CI Officer promotes the best practices and standards developed within the organization.</p><p><strong>What does the role entail?</strong></p><p>In your potential job as Senior Continuous Improvement Officer, your tasks will be widespread, including:</p><ul><li>Identification and development of improvement opportunities with respect to “ways of working” in projects</li><li>Coordination and leading of improvement initiatives</li><li>Steering and support of implementation of process improvements</li><li>Continuous alignment with key stakeholders within Heat Projects and beyond</li><li>Development of tools, documents and templates for use in projects</li><li>Development and facilitation of workshops, events and training sessions for our project staff</li><li>Organization and driving of knowledge sharing across projects and project disciplines</li></ul><p><strong>Location  </strong><br/> Uppsala</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What does it take from you?</strong></p><p>Being the right candidate you are characterized as structured and equipped with a sound judgment. You easily connect to people and your advanced communication skills are usable on senior management as well as on work floor level. The job requires an orientation on international cooperation with technical, as well as business oriented experts.</p><p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p><p>Our successful candidate has a Technical or Economics University degree, with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the field of Project Management, Engineering Management, Project Valuation, Change Management or related areas. As we work in an international environment we expect that you have a very good command of English.
