You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverable at our best. </p><p>Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Role Specifics</span></b></p><p><b>Execute core Activities</b></p><ul><li><p>Effective query logging, escalation and resolution</p></li><li><p>Independent performance of core tasks</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with COE/Shared service teams to facilitate delivery of all core client services per client Service Schedule / Service Level Agreement </p></li><li><p>Support client use of State Street online reporting platform</p></li><li><p>Develop thorough understanding of state street systems and operating model</p></li><li><p>Proactively share new ideas to support process improvements and changes to team processes</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively and build relationships with team and other internal contacts</p></li><li><p>Develop a basic awareness of SLA’s and KPI’s as appropriate</p></li><li><p>Understand and adhere to all relevant procedures</p></li><li><p>Work in a manner that produces accurate and timely results</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Participation in oversight / governance of process delivery teams </b></p><ul><li><p>Escalate issues with Global Process Delivery CoEs / Shared Service sites via the Oversight Governance Team</p></li><li><p>Provide feedback on Shared Services/COEs and update issues log</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Managing core activities and risk </b></p><ul><li><p>Perform core risk and control processes: (credit risk approvals; failed trades; overdrafts; non-receipts of Funds, high risk IMT review, high risk cash break review)</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely and accurate completion of team checklists as required</p></li><li><p>Review operating procedures and ensure they are kept up to date</p></li><li><p>Perform team housekeeping duties, filing, rota tasks</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Participation in Training and Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Actively participate in appraisal process by suggesting appropriate development priorities</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in training and development of all aspects of your role</p></li><li><p>Develop knowledge of State Street policies and guidelines</p></li><li><p>Ensure a thorough understanding of the ‘risk’ escalation chain e.g. for operational issues and suspicious transactions</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in team meetings</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we value:</span></b></p><p><span>These skills will help you succeed in this role</span></p><ul><li><p>Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlines</p></li><li><p>Work independently to research and resolve problems considering multiple avenues for resolution.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with moderate guidance, accountable for individual results and impact on work group.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to clean desk policy, data privacy policy and thorough record keeping.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Education & Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Fluency in English required.</p></li><li><p>PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets and word processing.
