PROJECT PRODUCER

Remilia is a multidisciplinary art studio and lifestyle brand building unconventional social applications. We build social platforms, fashion lines, digital products, international events, and publications with a distinctive aesthetic and global reach.
We're looking for a project producer to shepherd creative projects from concept to completion. You'll coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality execution across digital products, fashion, events, and media initiatives.
You:
4+ years producing creative projects in agencies, fashion houses, tech companies, or cultural organizations
Experience coordinating digital product development, events, and multimedia production
Strong understanding of creative and technical workflows for digital products
Excellent communication skills bridging creative, technical, and business perspectives
Experience managing budgets and timelines for digital and creative productions
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Calm under pressure during time-sensitive productions
You will:
Oversee projects from brief to delivery across digital products, fashion, events, and media
Coordinate creative and technical teams including designers, developers, photographers, writers
Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and approval processes
Create production schedules balancing creative excellence with timeline constraints
Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and product teams
Manage production logistics for digital launches, shoots, events, and creative outputs
Document processes and build resource libraries for institutional knowledge
Bonus:
Background in digital product development, fashion, art direction, or multimedia production
Experience with design and development tools
International project experience
Understanding of underground/alternative art and music culture
