Target Range:

$270,000.00/Yr. - $285,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 50%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 50%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As the SVP, Managing Director, you will develop and implement business strategies in the Technology & Venture Capital segment. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and company policies as well as provide guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead deposit-gathering efforts
• Originate, structure, and execute cash flow leverage loans
• Create annual business plans to implement sales and profitability objectives
• Represent the Bank at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings as appropriate
• Liaison with other departments to gain buy-in for business plans, growth strategies, transaction opportunities, and mission critical operational initiatives
• Leads the team responsible for executing technology and venture capital transactions
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Develops and implements strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years' banking
• 5+ years' technology and venture capital experience
• Commercial or investment banking experience
• Strong credit structure experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Work well independently and as part of a deal 
• High degree of integrity with a hardworking attitude
• Attention to detail
